High-Speed Vacuum Forming System
• Vacuum Suction: Ensures the outer wall perfectly matches the mold blocks for precise corrugated profiles.
• Mold Blocks: Made of special alloy aluminum/steel with advanced nitriding treatment for superior heat dissipation and wear resistance.
• Closed-Loop Water Cooling: Integrated into the forming machine to ensure rapid shaping at high speeds.
Cooling & Calibration System
• Industrial Water Chiller: High-capacity cooling unit ensures stable mold temperatures, which is critical for maintaining pipe geometry and preventing deformation.
• Secondary Cooling Tank: Stainless steel spray cooling tanks provide additional immersion cooling for larger diameter pipes.
Haul-off & Cutting Unit
• Precision Haul-off: Multi-caterpillar traction machine synchronized with the extrusion speed to prevent pipe stretching.
• No-Dust Cutting: Automatic planetary cutting machine ensures smooth, burr-free edges, facilitating easy socket connection.
